Quiche Leekraine
As the name suggests, the main ingredient in this Quiche Leekraine is the humble leek! I love leeks – they are such a versatile ingredient. Their mild onion-like flavor makes them the perfect ingredient for a quiche with strong salty bacon and a rich cheesy, eggy filling.
Start by sautéing leeks in olive oil and fry some streaky bacon until crispy. Make the quiche filling by whisking eggs and adding cheese, milk, leek and bacon. Pour the filling into a pre-cooked pastry crust and bake in the oven until golden on top. Serve with a fresh green salad and you have a delicious lunch in under an hour.
To make Quiche Leekraine, you will need the following ingredients:

Taste just like it looks, amazing.
Slightly plain in my opinion the meat lovers quiche had a lot more flavor but it wasn't bad either.

Why am I not surprised that Jelena made this? Her ideas are the BEST I can't wait to see what else you come up with.
Needed a bit more seasoning on my end and even a tadd of hot sauce dabbed on top but other than that it's a fantastic idea.
5 star dish right here just toss some sourcream on the top of it too.
Turned this into a maincourse with some cheesy garlic bread as a side dish.
