It is so simple to make – simply combine all the ingredients together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on the lowest heat setting until the meat is tender and falling apart. Serve with rice and if you like heat, top with sliced jalapeno peppers.

There's just way too much good ideas on this site, I mean..salsa beef?! I never even heard of that until today! Will be making this again and again.

8 hours to cook is too long in my book, I think I'll stick with the "Spicy Tangerine Beef" instead since that one only takes about 30 minutes. I did make this recipe once though and it was good, I just won't be making it again if it's for everyday dinner since it takes too long.

Shared this with my mom and now she tries to claim it's her own creation, lol!

I saw this recipe a while back but never found the time to make it until recently. I don't regret it at ALL, this is really well put together, props to the owner of this recipe.

When I saw this I thought it would be too difficult to make but it honestly turned out to be fairly easy, sure it's time consuming but it does taste really good.

The beef is so tender and came out perfectly, I made this with some plantains and they go really well together.

Love this dish a lot, it brings out so many flavours, I decided to make it with white rice and added some hot sauce to give it an extra kick!
