I love these Tilapia Fish Tacos. They are a simple solution for a quick midweek meal. Tilapia is a fantastic fish for tacos – it’s affordable and it doesn’t taste too fishy, so it’s a perfect fish to add lots of flavor to.
Start by combining ground cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt to make the seasoning. Dry tilapia fillets and season both sides of the fillets with the seasoning mixture.
Place the fish in a skillet with olive oil and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Transfer fish to a plate and flake it into big bite-sized pieces with a fork. Make the chipotle lime sauce by blending yogurt, chipotle, lime juice, and salt until smooth. Serve the cooked tilapia in warm corn tortillas and top with chipotle lime sauce, sliced radishes, shredded lettuce or cabbage, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges.
