I am so excited to share with you this Aquafaba Whipped Cream (Dairy-Free, Vegan) recipe because it is absolutely genius! And I tell you why. It is an easy, fast, fluffy, light, sugar-free, oil-free, dairy-free, gluten-free topping made by whipping the leftover chickpea water, aka aquafaba. Brilliant! And it takes only 10 minutes to whip up 2 cups of vegan cream from ⅓ a cup of aquafaba. Besides, you will need only three ingredients. Maple syrup for sweetness, vanilla extract for delicate flavor, and aquafaba itself. That’s it!

We have prepared a list of tasty recipes that use aquafaba. Give this vegan aquafaba Pavlova, or this aquafaba chocolate mousse, or these vanilla crepes with aquafaba cream a try. You won’t be sorry. Make sure to prepare your aquafaba whipped cream just before serving because it will hold its shape only for a couple of hours.
