Crispy Apple Fries – breaded and baked with oats, walnuts, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon and dipped in a cream cheese dip. These are not your average fries for sure! They taste just like apple pie but without all of the work. Besides, they are a great healthy snack alternative to fried apple sticks.
I like to add an easy dunking dip to this apple recipe, but they are delicious to eat alone too. I highly recommend using Granny Smith apples for this recipe because they hold their shape just fine and are available at every grocery store.
