Heat oven and prepare baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 400 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare batter

In a large bowl, whisk together ¼ cup all-purpose flour, 4 tablespoons oat milk, and 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.

Coat cauliflower

Add in the cauliflower florets and mix until evenly coated.

Combine breadcrumbs and sesame seeds

In a medium bowl, mix 1 ¼ cups panko breadcrumbs and ¼ cup black sesame seeds.

In batches, dip each cauliflower floret in breadcrumbs and sesame seeds to coat completely, then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
