To make Easy Keto Korean Beef with Cauli Rice, you will need the following ingredients:
Heat the oil, in a large skillet, over a medium-high heat.
Cook and stir the ground beef and garlic in the hot skillet for 5-7 mins until browned and crumbly.
In a separate bowl, whisk until well combined the soy sauce, coconut sugar, ginger, and black pepper.
Pour over the ground beef. Simmer for about 3 mins until the sauce thickens.
Serve over cauliflower rice. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
