By replacing normal dairy products with coconut milk and using a keto friendly chocolate which has a higher level of healthy fat, will do the trick. These are totally moreish so you may need to double the recipe so that you have a sufficient amount of delicious snacks on hand.
To make Keto Avocado Pops, you will need the following ingredients:
Into a blender or food processor, blend 3 ripe avocados with ⅓ cup of lime juice, 4 teaspoons of stevia, and ¾ cup of coconut milk until smooth.
Transfer avocado mixture to divide evenly between 10 popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 6 hours - overnight to freeze until firm.
In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of keto friendly chocolate to 1 tablespoon coconut oil and melt in the microwave for a few seconds. Remove and set aside to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, dip the frozen pops into the chocolate sauce then place on some parchment paper for a few minutes to harden and set.
Serve and enjoy!
