That is where I came up with these dainty and delicious high fat, no carb, chocolate truffle balls that are perfect to grab and go or even serve as a crowd pleaser for a final bite of something sweet, after dinner.
To make Keto Chocolate Truffles, you will need the following ingredients:
In a medium bowl, stir 1 cup melted chocolate, 1 medium mashed avocado, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon of salt until evenly combined and smooth.
Transfer to the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to chill until slightly hardened.
Using a small scoop or tablespoon, scoop out individual, 1 tablespoon chocolate portions and use the palm of your hand to roll into a ball.
Dip in cocoa powder before serving.
