½ red Red onion thinly sliced
1 tbsp Sesame seeds toasted

And of course, the smoked wild salmon. And don’t forget about the tangy apple cider vinegar and olive oil dressing. It’s amazingly simple and delicious!

Steps to make Smoked Salmon Salad

Combine greens and salmon

In a salad bowl, place 1 pack salad mix and 1 small handful microgreens. Tear or cut salmon into smaller pieces if you wish and add to the greens.

Add cucumber, avocado, and onion

Add ½ sliced English cucumber, 1 diced avocado, and ½ thinly sliced red onion.

Add sesame seeds, black pepper, and dressing

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds and freshly ground pepper. Pour over 2 tablespoons apple cider white vinegar and 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.

Give the salad a gentle toss and serve.
