To make Steamed Cauliflower Mash Keto, you will need the following ingredients:
Add the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl. Pour in a little water to cover the bottom of the bowl.
Place a paper towel or plate over the top of the bowl and microwave the cauliflower on high for 4-5 minutes until it has softened.
Drain the water from the cauliflower and add it to a food processor bowl along with the goat cheese. Blend until smooth.
Sprinkle with black pepper to serve.
