Vegan Mock Chopped Liver
When I first heard about Vegan Mock Chopped Liver I got so excited because as a vegan I can now enjoy the taste of chopped “liver” without the liver!
Made from onions, garlic, butter mushrooms and walnuts, that provide the same texture and crunch that you would get from normal chicken livers and flavored with vegetables broth, salt, balsamic vinegar and pepper. This dish is done so well that no one has yet noticed the difference!

Better than hummus, dipped some crackers in this and it was soooo yummy.
Can't say this was the tastiest thing I've ever had, but it's pretty good. I put some extra spices in mine because I don't like how plain this turned out, so basically i added paprika and some vegan cheese. After that It way more flavorful.
Really grainy and not too good on it's own, add some bread to it and it becomes amazing.
Very flavourful, can't find nothing like this in my location so when I saw it I new I just had to try it out, thanks for sharing.
Would've never thought this to be tasty but it was actually great.
Made this for a small little lunch today and it was better than expected, I added more salt but other than the extra salt everything else was wonderful.

Not sure how I feel about this recipe, the nuts and liver together are a big no for me for next time, It wasn't bad just not my kinda food. I'll stick to the classic beef liver pate, thx.
This is not nice on the eye but it does taste pretty damn good, would recommend.
So I tried making this today and it took me a tad longer because i accidently put too much vinegar so i ended up adding double the ingridents, but now i have enough for a whole week hopefully it'll last that long.

Husband hates all Vegan food and snacks so I wanted to try and see if I could fool him with this and in the end he had NO idea this wasn't actual liver,LOL! I got him for sure, now he will be trying more vegan stuff out with me.
Kids are actually a fan of this when i slap it on some toast in the morning, really good chopped liver and i use it for pate often.
