The mango in the recipe name refers to my Creamy mango cilantro salad dressing which is the perfect dressing for this flavorful salad.
This summer salad couldn’t be easier to make. Start by marinating chicken in mango cilantro salad dressing. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Once marinated, grill the chicken and set aside to rest before slicing. Assemble the salad in a large bowl and add the grilled chicken. Pour the dressing over top and toss well to combine. Serve immediately.
