Orzo with Mushrooms, Scallions and Parmesan
I have written quite a few variant recipes for different ideas to cooking orzo but this Orzo with Mushrooms, Scallions and Parmesan recipe is definitely my first choice. I love it as a portion on it’s own or paired with a perfectly cooked piece of Norwegian salmon with some string beans, the balance of nutrients as well as flavor palate is everything I look for in my weekly dinners.

Lovely lunch or dinner for anytime of the week, this is one of the best dishes i've ever had with orzo.
Amazingly simple to make and it's really flavorful the mushrooms and scallions make the dish 10x's more amazing!
Had this with some cheesy garlic bread on the side a glass of wine and some delicious homemade cherry cheesecake.
Really tasty orzo with scallions and parmesan can't beat the taste of freshness :)
Kids gobbled this right up they thought it was delicious so I'll be cooking this orzo again thx so much.
Be sure to add a bit of hot sauce or even a lime squeeze if you want the orzo to have a kick.
Pretty delicious and doesn't take much time to prepare and make, exactly the type of recipe I was looking for since I'm quite lazy lol.
My husband normally hates orzo and mushrooms, but when he tried this it changed his mind, he said the way everything is mixed together really made it bareable to eat.
Used sunflower oil instead of olive oil on accident but it doesn't change much so don't be too concerned if you made the same mistake as me!
I like penne pasta a lot more than orzo for sure but this wasn't too bad just not very filling.
Great recipe thanks so much for sharing I'll be making it again soon sometime next week for the family to try it.
