3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Honey
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Black pepper freshly ground
1 tsp Salt
For Broccoli salad:
6 cups Broccoli finely chopped florets and stems ,about 2 large broccoli crowns
1/2 cup Celery finely diced
2 cup Carrots finely diced
1/3 cup Red onion finely diced
1/2 cup Craisins
1/3 cup Cranberries dried
1/3 cup Sunflower seeds toasted kernels

In a mason jar, combine ¾ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons honey, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon salt and screw a lid on. Shake vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved. Transfer to the fridge until ready to use.

Mix ingredients

In a large salad bowl, combine 6 cups finely chopped broccoli florets and stems, ½ cup finely diced celery, ½ cup finely diced carrots, ⅓ cup finely diced red onions, ½ cup raisins, ⅓ cup dried cranberries, and ⅓ cup toasted sunflower seeds. Pour the dressing over, and stir to combine. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving, stirring once or twice during the chilling.
