It's yummy and just my cup of tea! I've simplified it a little bit using agave instead of the different syrups and cornstarch instead of arrowroot, just what I had in my pantry. I've also replaced 1 Mango with some yellow green Gage plums from the garden, that needed using up - still excellent. I share Nicole's values❣️
