One-Bowl Chocolate Cake

Recipe Description

This One-Bowl Chocolate Cake is no fuss, superfast to mix up, and so luscious. Made simply with pantry staples and topped with rich chocolate ganache, it’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious. This cake never fails and is always a crowd favorite!

To make this recipe, start with the cake. Sift together the dry ingredients, then add in the wet ingredients. Use a handheld mixer to beat until the mixture is well combined and smooth. Stir in the boiling water. The batter may seem thin, but once baked, it rises nicely. Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake. Once the cakes have cooled, layer them with chocolate ganache and then pour the remaining ganache over the cake. Slice, serve and enjoy!
