Easy Chewy Granola Bars

Snacks don’t get much easier than these Easy Chewy Granola Bars! Dairy-free, sugar-free, vegetarian-friendly, and totally delicious. These homemade bars are packed with old-fashioned oats, coconut flakes, almonds, dried cranberries, peanut butter, and natural honey. They require zero cooking or baking. Plus, they taste so much better than the store-bought stuff.

To make these easy granola bars, you will need just seven simple ingredients and aluminum foil. This recipe comes together really fast. From start to finish, it takes 35 minutes and yields 18 chewy granola bars. Clean-up is also a breeze since you only use one mixing bowl and aluminum foil to line a pan. Use something flat like a drinking glass to press down and pack the bars firmly until evenly flattened. This will help hold the granola bars together better. You can substitute maple syrup for honey to make this recipe vegan. Store the chewy granola bars in the fridge for up to a week.
