First time eating something Russian and it has such a unqiue flavor so I will try some more things!
Put some pieces of chicken in this soup and thank me later.
Very flavorful the soup has so much going on it's worth making more than once for sure.
Honestly my favorite soup I've tried the detox soups like beet and broccoli but they just don't have as much flavor as the okroshka <3
Thanks so much for sharing this! I made it for my Boyfriend he is Russian and lives with me in the states so he missed his home food.
This taste great even cold now on to the next russian dish for me ;)
Kinda plain in my opinion but not bad.
Healthy simple and affordable can't wait to try it out today.
So much potatoes for one person is what I first said but now I have soup for a whole week!
Wasn't too sure I'd like this because it looked slightly plain but there's a bunch of taste in this I even added a bit more by tossing in a dab of hot sauce lol.
Lovely with a side of black bread taste amazing honestly.
Healthy and refreshing soup! Thanks for sharing recipe!
