Layer mason jar
Begin with 2 tablespoons of the prepared dressing at the base of the mason jar then top with ½ cup of cooked quinoa and then layer with diced pear, 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans, then 2 tablespoons of chopped shallot, followed by 2 tablespoons of dried cherries or cranberries and finally fill the jar with 2-3 cups of baby spinach.
