There’s nothing like sipping a cool refreshing shandy in the garden at the end of a hot summer’s day and this Ruby Redbird Summer Shandy is one you’ll want to make again and again. As well as being super quick and easy to make, it is also thirst-quenching and delicious. What’s not to love?
To make this, I usually take my favorite pitcher and pour in 3 beers and one ginger beer. I add lemon slices and mint leaves and serve large glasses of this delicious shandy over ice. Can’t beat it!

Affordable and simple drink for any day of the week when it's boiling hot out like it is in AZ !
Put some ice into it too and with the mint it's great.
I like the brewed tea with mint instead plus i can share that with my kids, this is more good for parties.
This drink with some cheesy garlic bread or salad would go sooo well.
I let it simmer for a lil and put some sugar around the cups.
