There’s nothing like sipping a cool refreshing shandy in the garden at the end of a hot summer’s day and this Ruby Redbird Summer Shandy is one you’ll want to make again and again. As well as being super quick and easy to make, it is also thirst-quenching and delicious. What’s not to love?

To make this, I usually take my favorite pitcher and pour in 3 beers and one ginger beer. I add lemon slices and mint leaves and serve large glasses of this delicious shandy over ice. Can’t beat it!

Steps to make Ruby Redbird Summer Shandy

Place beers in a pitcher

Pour 3 Ruby Redbird beers and 1 ginger beer into a pitcher.

Add lemon and mint

Add lemon slices and 20 mint leaves.

Stir the shandy to fully combine the ingredients.
