8 oz Fusilli pasta cooked according to package instructions
1 Bell pepper medium, diced
2 cups Coleslaw mix bagged
½ cup Green onion sliced
2 cups Chicken cooked, cubed
For dressing:
¼ cup Vegetable oil
¼ cup Rice vinegar
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce
½ tsp Mustard powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
For serving:
1 (3-oz) package Instant ramen noodle crushed, seasoning packet discarded

Steps to make Asian Chicken Crunch Pasta Salad


Combine salad ingredients


In a large bowl, combine 8 ounces cooked fusilli pasta, 1 diced bell pepper, 2 cups coleslaw mix, ½ cup sliced green onions, and 2 cups cooked cubed chicken.


Prepare salad dressing


In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add ¼ cup vegetable oil, ¼ cup rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and ½ teaspoon ground mustard pepper, then cover and shake vigorously to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.


Dress salad


When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Mix in crushed ramen.
