This recipe for Noodles with Turkey, Green Beans and Hoisin is a low-fat yet still filling and delicious dish. And if you need a tasty and keep-it-simple dinner for two after a long and busy day, you just found it! This healthy Asian-style ground turkey ramen is made with green beans, well-seasoned turkey, and ramen noodles. The ground turkey is flavored with hoisin sauce, lime juice, and chili sauce. Yummy and really easy to put together! You don’t need takeout with a simple recipe like this.  

To make this delicious recipe, start by cooking noodles and green beans. For the sauce, mix together hoisin, lime juice, and chili sauce. Next, in a non-stick pan or wok, if you have one, cook ground turkey until well browned. Add garlic and prepared sauce and cook just for a few minutes more until sticky. Finally, stir in the cooked noodles, beans, and half the spring onions. Serve immediately garnished with the remaining spring onions, and enjoy!

Steps to make Noodles with Turkey, Green Beans and Hoisin

Cook noodles

Cook 100 grams noodles following the package instructions.

Add green beans

Add 100 grams halved green beans for the final 2 minutes of cooking noodles.

Make sauce

In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, juice of 1 lime, and 1 tablespoon chili sauce.

Cook ground turkey

In a wok or non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil, and add 250 grams ground turkey. Cook and break apart the meat until well browned.

Add garlic

Add 2 chopped cloves garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

Add sauce

Add in the prepared sauce mixture and toss the ground turkey to coat fully. Cook for a few minutes more until sticky.

Stir in noodles, beans, and onions

Stir in the cooked noodles and beans and half the sliced spring onions to heat through.

Serve

To serve, scatter the remaining spring onions over the noodles and enjoy!
