These Buttermilk and Honey Chicken Kabobs are one of the best Valentine’s Day dinner ideas I think. They are simple to prepare and cook which makes them an easy, romantic dinner. Serve these kabobs with a fresh green salad or roasted potato cubes.
To make these kabobs, start by preparing a buttermilk marinade. Place the buttermilk mixture and chicken in a large zip-lock bag. Seal the bag and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side with a lid on, until the chicken is done. Serve with lemon halves and your favorite dipping sauce.
