Chicken Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry recipe
Chicken Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry is one of my favorite midweek dinners. I make this when I get a craving for Chinese food. Have you ever ordered takeout and when you tasted it, realised that you could have made a much nicer dish yourself? Me too! And that’s when I decided to develop this stir fry recipe. The sauce tastes better than my local Chinese restaurant!
Start by coating the chicken in flour and stir frying it in a wok until it is evenly browned. Make a sauce by whisking flour, chicken stock or broth, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil in a bowl. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a plate and cook the broccoli and mushrooms in the same wok. Add the sauce and bring it to a boil. Once it thickens, add the chicken and heat through. Serve with rice and enjoy!

When I first cooked this I thought it would taste kinda bland and added some soy sauce on the top too.
Best mushroom and broccoli with chicken stir fry I've ever made, can't wait to share it with friends.
Didn't add the honey but that didn't change the taste much, it was pretty good.
Had it cold for lunch at work yesterday and really happy with how it turned out.
Cooked this with some cheesy garlic bread on the side super filling and scrumptious.
Chicken wasn't too flavorful sadly but it was alright though I think I'll be sticking with the broccoli cheddar stuffed potatoes.
Me and my husband really enjoyed this with some white wine, great dinner worth making again.
So delicious I'm obsessed thanks so much for this.
Another perfect meal posted by the amazing Jeff!
