I like hazelnut for a nutty flavor or oat for a smoother, more subtle effect. You can use this recipe for iced dalgona coffee (which I recommend) or if you prefer a hot version, simply add the coffee mixture to a glass of warm milk. Use a spoon or straw to swirl the whipped coffee into your milk.
Whisk coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl using an electric mixer. Taste the mixture and don’t worry if you find it too strong – it will be diluted with milk! Add more sugar if you like sweeter coffee. Pour the coffee mixture onto a glass of milk. Add a few ice cubes if you like. Stir to combine and enjoy!
