Satisfy your sweet tooth without breaking your diet with these Yogurt Jello Bites! This homemade treat is low-carb, sugar-free, gluten-free, keto, and most importantly delicious.

This recipe is super simple to prepare with just two ingredients: Greek yogurt and sugar-free Jello. I used strawberry sugar-free Jello, but of course, if you have a favorite flavor of Jello, feel free to use that. To make these bites, start by mixing the ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the mixture in short bursts, stirring well each time, until the Jello crystals have fully dissolved. Be sure not to overheat, though. Spoon the yogurt mixture into a silicone mold and gently tap to remove all air bubbles. Transfer to a fridge and let the yogurt bites chill until set for at least three hours. Once set, remove them from the silicone mold and serve. Enjoy!
