Gluten Free Orange Drizzle Cake
This Gluten Free Orange Drizzle Cake is wonderful for the tastebuds and the food restrictions. Made with gluten free plain flour, you won’t even notice the difference. I add 4 eggs to my batter to create a more dense and moist cake. The drizzle syrup drowning the cake is made from orange juice, orange zest, ground cinnamon and sugar water.
Don’t miss out on anything at your next tea party!

Hubby and I tried to perfect this but it ended up being kinda crumbly still a good taste though.
Nicely put together and taste delicious with maple syrup.

Drizzled mine in some lemon glaze which tasted AMAZING!! would recommend doing the same if you like sweet and sour desserts.
This is technically lactose free! You guys should add that cause people need more lactose free cakes in this world haha.
Heavenly syrup..might even use it on my pancakes for breakfast now.
Perfect dessert breakfast for any time of the week and goes well with a warm cup of coffee or tea.
Instead of adding caster sugar i used brown so it wouldnt be overwhelmingly sweet. Fruits have their own sweetness and on top of that the syrup is also sweet.
Vegetarian cakes are usually the best so i'm not too surprised.
Never had anyhting like this before super unique.
Mine was very bland and not too sweet not exactly sure what went wrong but could use some tips.

Yummy and simple to make! Thanks a bunch for sharing it.
More of a bread texture than a cake texture but tasted very delicious nonetheless.
Why so many eggs in this I only need two not anywhere near 4 for it?

Smash up some almonds and toss them in if you want it to be a little on the crunchy side.
At first glance I actually thought this was french toast lol.
