Orange Ricotta Cookies

These Orange Ricotta Cookies are a fantastic Italian dessert to make for Thanksgiving this year. These are a perfect after dinner treat to enjoy with coffee. I don’t know how people can eat rich and creamy desserts after a large meal, I’m always too full after Thanksgiving dinner to eat anything other than one of these light and fluffy cookies.

To make this Italian ricotta cookies recipe, start by making a ricotta cookie dough. Make an orange flavored glaze and dip the cookies in it. Leave to set on a wire rack before enjoying with a strong coffee.
