Had to cook the meat for a bit longer than what's written because I prefer my beef well-done but it was good.

I used some steak seasoning on mine and found it to be tastier, love this recipe nonetheless and would recommend for any meatlovers out there.

Emilie Quinnie

It's an extra step but I love a good sear on the steak so I use a pan first and then finish it in the oven, it really helps to seal in the juices.

Eisley Bismark

God I love steak so much and this has just been added to my cooking book!! This came out wonderfully and the flavours are perfection, honestly can't believe I didn't make this sooner.

Obsessed with this sirloin strips recipe, it's very easy to make and follow the instructions.

Arely Baab

This was alright but I prefer the cubed steak dinner instead because it's a larger piece of beef and I could make it medium rare, with the slices it's more difficult.

Addie Starlings

Beef turned out to be too tough sadly, it's a good recipe but I think I may have undercooked it, have to add a bit more time in the pan.

Athina
