- 12 - 14 oz Beefrump or fillet, thinly sliced , or other quick cooking cut of beef

To make this delicious stir-fried beef dish, start by whisking up a sauce from water, cornflour, soy sauce and a few additional ingredients. Mix beef with a small bit of the sauce to marinate. Cook and drain broccoli & noodles. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Make sure it gets very hot for stir-frying. Add garlic and onion. Stir-fry and add the beef. Combine the veggies and beef with the noodles, broccoli and sauce. Toss the whole lot together until the sauce thickens and coats the noodles. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and shallots. Yum!
