April Fool’s Recipe – A Glass of Beer

Share

This is one of my favorite April Fool’s Recipe – A Glass of Beer which is actually solid and not liquid as you might expect! I love making these on the 1st of April each year to trick friends and family! It is always so funny to see the look of shock and confusion on a person’s face as they try to “drink” this beer!

You only need two ingredients to make this recipe too. Start by mixing some apple juice with gelatin. Microwave the mixture in stages until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour the remaining apple juice into a measuring jug and whisk well until it gets foamy. Pour into some beer glasses and chill in the refrigerator until they are set.
