Inspired by the classic American sandwich, these PB&J Jell-O Shots are its boozy version made with peanut butter, your favorite jam, and vodka. It’s an easy and fun treat to serve up this Valentine’s Day or any winter occasion.

To make your layered Jell-O shots, you will need a saucepan, a whisk, a large measuring cup, and a loaf pan. For ingredients: 4 envelopes plain gelatin, water, smooth peanut butter, some heavy cream, fruit jelly, and vodka. Technique tip: make sure to spray the loaf pan before you start to prevent the bottom layer from sticking to the pan. Warning: these little treats are highly addicting.
