Creamy Mustard & Tarragon Chicken
This Creamy Mustard & Tarragon Chicken is my ultimate comfort food. It’s creamy – a must for any comfort food, I’m sure you’ll agree! It also makes great use of my favorite herb: aniseedy French tarragon. Finally, it adds not one but two types of mustard to create a delicious meal in just 30 minutes.
Start by cooking the chicken. To make a creamy sauce, add crème fraîche, mustards and tarragon to the pan and combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer, before returning the chicken to the pan and spooning the sauce over the fillets. Transfer to the oven to finish cooking. I usually serve this with steamed greens and wholegrain rice.

Tarragon chicken is the best kinda chicken out there.
Creamy and yummy exactly what I was looking for this dinner.
So much mustard in this lol mine turned out looking a lot more yellow than a creamy white.
I didn't add any of the veggies to mine but it was grate.
My spouse really liked this but they said that the yellow rice doesnt go well and this would be served a lot better with some bow pasta and the cream.
Easy is not what i'd consider this to be more like medium dificulty..
Best chicken dish love it and the italian chicken kabob.
Nicely done couldn't have made it better myself.
Kids ate this happily veggies and all included! :)
Good but needed a few more spices here and there to make it a little more flavourful.
Cool recipes I loved the yellow rice with it too and i added a few sundried tomatoes.
Where can I buy the creme fraiche ?
Letting everyone know now that if you add some lemon juice the flavor increases 10 fold.
Accidently used olive oil instead of sunflower but luckily there wasn't much of a difference I guess.
Gonna try this out but with some pork!
Soo good and rich this chicken was amazing and really juicy.
First time ever making tarragon chicken and the smell is HEAVENLY! Can't wait to gobble it up faster than a hungry hippo lol.
Mine turned out dry and bland I don't understand what I did wrong i literally follow the recipe step my step and took my time..
Eh it was okay but plain and needs more than a little cream.
Would recommend this chicken takes barely any time to make.
really quickly to make! Approved!
