If you love burgers, then you will adore these Pork & Apple Burgers! They are like sausage burgers and they make a great alternative to beef burgers. These burgers are really quick and easy to make which makes them a perfect midweek meal. They taste super delicious too.

Start by dividing sausage meat into four portions and shape them into patties. Fry the patties until brown all over and cooked through. Toast burger buns and assemble the burgers with onion marmalade, apple slices, rocket, mayonnaise and mustard (if using). Serve with sweet potato fries and enjoy!

    Divide 300 grams sausage meat into four equal portions. Shape each one into a patty.
