Pork & Apple Burgers
If you love burgers, then you will adore these Pork & Apple Burgers! They are like sausage burgers and they make a great alternative to beef burgers. These burgers are really quick and easy to make which makes them a perfect midweek meal. They taste super delicious too.
Start by dividing sausage meat into four portions and shape them into patties. Fry the patties until brown all over and cooked through. Toast burger buns and assemble the burgers with onion marmalade, apple slices, rocket, mayonnaise and mustard (if using). Serve with sweet potato fries and enjoy!

Nicely done! Couldn't have made a better recipe myself this was good.
Man this is brilliant the taste is savoury yet sweet and the meat melts in your mouth. perfection.
Can I some how replace the mayo with something else? I hate the taste.
Awesome recipe loved the taste of these apple burgers.
Best lactose free burger I've ever made super happy to see more meals for me because usually everything has dairy.
Used beef instead of pork a lot more flavorful in my opinion.
Good and simple to make too takes a bit longer than the est but is still really good.
Wow just wow. 5 stars from me nothing more to say.
This is easily one of my top 10 burger recipes on here, the other being the falafel burger ;)

Wonderful recipe and good with a side of curly fries or mashed sweet potatoes and sourcream.
Saved a bunch of meat for tomorrow too this is a meal you can't get enough of.
Not too sure if I cooked it right because my pork is falling apart really quickly.
