Garlic Parmesan Pretzels

These Garlic Parmesan Pretzels are super tasty and delicious! They are the perfect snack to make for a holiday movie night! Did you know that a pretzel’s chewy crust is achieved by coating it in a baking soda bath before baking it in the oven? Simply place baking soda in a shallow bowl filled with warm water. Whisk together until the baking soda dissolves. Brush baking soda solution onto each pretzel.

To make these pretzels, start by stretching and rolling 6 pieces of dough into long rectangles. Sprinkle cheese into the center of each rectangle and roll the dough tightly like a rope, making sure no cheese is visible. Twist and shape the rolls into a pretzel shape and transfer to a baking pan. Brush the baking soda solution onto each pretzel and leave to dry. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, more Parmesan and parsley. Bake until golden.
