These Quick Chicken, Cranberry and Brie Canapés make for a perfect, fuss-free Christmas finger food. Sprinkle them with fresh thyme leaves and chives to add even more flavor.

This easy pastry bite recipe is one of my all-time favorites. Made with only six ingredients, they are simple to prep and bake up in less than 20 minutes. This recipe is a spin-off of a brie and cranberry stuffed chicken breast main dish my family adores. These crowd-pleasing canapés combine sweet, tart, and salty flavors to create one of the tastiest party appetizers I’ve ever tried. Bonus, these cheesy chicken pastry bites are quick and impressive.
