¼ cup Butter cubed

Preheat oven to 350 °F and lightly grease and flour two, 9x5-inch loaf tins.

Combine butter and sugar

In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.

Once baked, cool in loaf pans for 10 minutes before removing and transferring them to a wire rack.

In a small saucepan, stir the sugar, butter, water and rum, together; and bring to a boil and then remove from the heat.

Drizzle glaze over warm cakes and decorate with sprinkles of walnuts. Cool completely before serving.
