2 tbsp Honey
1 clove Garlic minced
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black pepper
¼ tsp Crushed red pepper
3 tbsp Canola oil
For coleslaw:
1 head Red cabbage small, about ¾ lb, shredded
1 cup Carrots about 2 medium carrots, shredded
2 Green onion thinly sliced
½ cup Cilantro fresh, leaves

In a small bowl, whisk together 1 ½ teaspoons grated lime zest, ¼ cup lime juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. Gradually add in 3 tablespoons canola oil, whisking until smooth.

Combine coleslaw ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots, and 2 thinly sliced green onions.

Pour the honey-lime vinaigrette over the slaw and toss to coat. Chill, covered, for at least 2 hours.
