- 1 Pie crusthomemade or store-bought
- 6 Large eggswell beaten
- ½ cup Milk
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ⅛ tsp Black pepperground
- 4 slices Baconcooked and crumbled
- Ground Sausage 1 cupcooked
- ½ cup Hamdiced
- 2 Green onionlarge, chopped

Meat Lover’s Quiche
I absolutely love this Meat Lover’s Quiche which I could eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner! It has a rich creamy egg filling which is complemented by cooked bacon, sausage, ham, green onions and cheese. I always use a store bought pastry crust as it is so much quicker than making my own, but you could of course use a homemade crust if you have time!
Start by blind baking the pie crust. As it cooks, make the filling by whisking eggs and milk with salt and pepper in a bowl. Scatter crispy bacon, cooked sausage, diced ham, green onions and shredded cheese at the bottom of the pastry crust and pour in the filling. Bake in the oven and enjoy the meat feast!
