Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread

This Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread showcases buffalo wing sauce in all its glory. Who doesn’t love buffalo? Hot and spicy sauce, rich with melted butter – this really is the king of chicken wing sauces! And in this recipe, it makes its debut in bread form!

Start by mixing melted butter and buffalo sauce together in a small bowl. Make cuts in the bread with a sharp knife. You want to make incisions lengthways and crossways in a criss cross style but be careful not to cut through the loaf – you want it to stay together at the base. Slather the bread with the buffalo butter mixture and top with cheese and scallions before baking in the oven. Serve warm with ranch and blue cheese dressing on the side.

To make Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread, you will need the following ingredients:

Steps to make Buffalo Pull-Apart Bread

1

Heat the oven

5

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

2

Mix butter and buffalo sauce

1

Combine 1 stick of butter with ½ a cup of buffalo wing sauce in a small bowl. Set to one side.

3

Cut through bread

2

Slice ¾ way into the loaf of bread longways and then crossways. Take care not to cut through the loaf completely. Gently separate the cuts you’ve made in the loaf.

4

Coat with buffalo and butter sauce

2

Pour the buffalo butter mixture over the bread loaf. Make sure some of the mixture gets into the crevices.

5

Add cheese and scallions

2

Cover the bread with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Push it into the crevices. Sprinkle half of the scallions over the top.

6

Bake

20

Place the loaf on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

7

Serve

Serve garnished with scallions and little bowls of ranch and blue cheese dressing on the side.
