15 oz Tomato passata
2 ( 6-oz) cans Canned tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

In a medium skillet, heat 4 tablespoons olive oil and add 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1 finely chopped red chili, and finely chopped ginger. Cook, stirring, until slightly soft, about 2 minutes.

Add in 15 ounces tomato passata and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add in 2 cans of drained and flaked tuna and add salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for 8 minutes.

Cook pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook 12 ounces linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.

Combine pasta and tuna sauce

Add the tuna sauce to the cooked pasta and toss well.

Serve

Divide the pasta between plates. Top with fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
