The recipe is quick and simple to throw together. To start, wash and pat dry the strawberries and blueberries. Hull and dice the strawberries. Crush the wafers in a ziplock bag. Use a stand or hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar, and then fold in the whipped topping. To assemble the trifles, add vanilla wafer crumble to a glass, pipe or spoon a layer of cheesecake, add diced strawberries, pipe more cheesecake, and finish with blueberries and a final rosette of cheesecake.
