The batter for these chocolate chip pumpkin muffins is made simply with flour, spices, baking soda and baking powder, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, plenty of pumpkin purée and chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Start with the dry ingredients. Then whisk together the wet ones in a separate bowl. Next, mix together the dry ingredients and wet ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips. Don’t overmix the ingredients. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly in the pan, then remove and serve right away. Enjoy!
