It contains one of my favorite superfoods too – broccoli. Broccoli is such an amazing veggie. It is low in calories but contains loads of nutrients and antioxidants that are great for your body.
Start by cooking the spaghetti and broccoli in a large pan of boiling water. As the pasta is cooking, sauté mushrooms and garlic in a skillet. Add cream and bring to a simmer before stirring in the spaghetti and broccoli. Finish the dish by stirring through Parmesan cheese. Delicious!

Made this last night for my family, husband and kids loved it. Husband said it was restaurant quality food.
30 Minutes wasn't enough for the pasta, could be that my stove just sucks. It ended up being too hard and I had to re-do it. But still a good recipe once I got the timing right. I would recommend the Harissa spaghetti instead though.
