This Spaghetti Con Broccoli recipe is one of my favorite midweek meals. How often can you get a healthy, delicious and nutritious meal on the table in under 30 minutes? It contains one of my favorite superfoods too – broccoli. Broccoli is such an amazing veggie. It is low in calories but contains loads of nutrients and antioxidants that are great for your body.
Start by cooking the spaghetti and broccoli in a large pan of boiling water. As the pasta is cooking, sauté mushrooms and garlic in a skillet. Add cream and bring to a simmer before stirring in the spaghetti and broccoli. Finish the dish by stirring through Parmesan cheese. Delicious!

Made this last night for my family, husband and kids loved it. Husband said it was restaurant quality food.
30 Minutes wasn't enough for the pasta, could be that my stove just sucks. It ended up being too hard and I had to re-do it. But still a good recipe once I got the timing right. I would recommend the Harissa spaghetti instead though.
Followed the recipe step by step but swapped out the cheese to Mozzarella, it only added so much more to the flavor of this awesome dish.
Dish is delish, I am not a very good cook but after following the instructions I am amazed. This recipe is awesome and delicious.
My very picky family loved this, will be making it again soon for sure.
