It is made of ground meat which is mixed with a variety of other ingredients. It gets its name because it is formed into the shape of a loaf before cooking in the oven. Cooked meatloaf can be sliced just like bread to make individual portions.
To make this meatloaf, start by sautéing onion, celery and garlic. Place the cooked veggies in a bowl and add turkey, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg whites and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper and mix together using your hands. Shape the meatloaf mixture into a loaf and bake in the oven. To serve, allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual servings.

Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
Add 2 pounds of turkey, ¾ cup of bread crumbs, 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 2 egg whites, ¼ cup ketchup, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper to the vegetables. Mix all the ingredients together with your hands until the mixture is well combined (but not overmixed).
