A super simple, super different Sweet Pineapple Stuffing recipe for you! I love stuffing and I’m always trying out different stuffing recipes and different stuffing flavors. This pineapple stuffing recipe is completely different to others I’ve tried and it works so well! It has an amazing juicy sweetness that works so well with roast meat.
You’re probably familiar with fruit in stuffings – dried apricot maybe, or apple – but the exotic sweetness of this version is another level and I really recommend you try it!
To make the Sweet Pineapple Stuffing, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Grease a baking dish.
Beat the margarine and sugar together in a bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking to combine and then stir in the pineapple and bread.
Tip the stuffing into the baking dish and spread out with a spoon. Bake for an hour.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
