    Preheat oven to 350 ºF/180 ºC and grease a loaf pan with butter.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, zest, sour cream, and juice until a smooth batter is formed. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
