Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth. Add more flour as needed.

Lightly grease a large glass bowl with oil and place the dough inside, cover with plastic wrap, and set aside for 1 hour until doubled in volume.

Prepare dinner rolls

Punch down to remove excess air from the dough and knead for another 2 minutes until dough is smooth. Divide dough into 16 equal balls, about the size of tangerines. Knead individual balls, gathering the edges toward the center and rolling into a round ball with smooth tops.
