1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Dill weed

1 Large eggs room temperature, beaten
4 cups Whole wheat flour
4 - 4½ cups All-purpose flour

Lightly grease a large bowl and place the kneaded dough. Over and set aside in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.

Punch down dough to remove excess air and transfer to a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 6 portions and then each portion into 24 pieces, rolled into small 1-inch balls.

Prepare muffin tin

Lightly grease 2 muffin trays and place 3 balls in each muffin cup.

Second rise

Cover and set aside again for 20-25 minutes to rise until doubled in size.

Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 375 °F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top.

Remove from muffin trays and cool to serve warm.
